You MUST do whatever possible to increase the AFFORDABLE housing supply in Hamilton. Especially for the Jamesville site.

The buildings are there, falling into derelict disrepair while people literally die on the streets.

Please, do the right thing and issue the MZO to get this development underway and completed as fast as possible.

This should not even be up for debate. We are in a housing CRISIS. CRISIS. We need action, now.
