The housing advocates, tenants, and homeless are all stuck in this clockwork of nonsense. Why if CN had sway over land usage are they not liable for the privilege of exerting their proprietary issues. Why weren't they so involved and exertive while these homes were occupied by citizens of Hamilton tenants of Housing Hamilton?
