this project has been in limbo for years. Why because one stakeholder is holding up the process. Literally holding the city hostage and is hampering people's lives. We have an affordable housing crisis and we need to get this built ASAP.
This would be a good project for the Feds and the Province to get behind to build build build.
Same is true for the LRT!
