Please do not ignore CN's concerns about mitigating the environmental effects that their rail yard brings to nearby residents.

As a resident close to the railyard and half a block from Jamesville I can attest to the environmental impacts of the trains. The vibrations make my entire house shake, the banging of the trains wakes me up at night, and my house is always dirty from the railyard dust.

If I had realized the impact that the railyard would have on my enjoyment of my property I would not have bought this house.

I am in strong favour of the Jamesville development doing everything that they can to mitigate the effects of the railyard.

I am strongly opposed to an MZO that would avoid ensuring mitagation of these impacts.
