This is not okay.
For years the beach has been for the public to enjoy. I spent so many hours there as a child, it was always so bright and beautiful.
Nature needs to be protected, we do not need more private land. Built up, not out. Protect our land and keep it open for the public to enjoy.
The only reason the beach is so valuable is for the tourist attraction, if the beach is sold then theres less space for people to enjoy. Overcrowding means less people and less traction for the businesses that profit off of the tourism.
There is no reason to sell this land other than stupidity and corporate greed.
