Simply put, the use and application of your agency as a means to resolve the dispute is an inappropriate use of your agency. There is a process in place, albeit not transpiring at a speed that our click, agree and delivered to the front door culture has come to expect.
Therefore, it is my opinion that your agency should respectfully step aside from any direct decision involvement. Please, allow the outcome to arise from and out of respect for the numerous parties already involved in the process.
Lastly, the current process is hard work, but it has many good points. For example, no one group has been forced to agree to a result that could make them more of a porch pirate than a messenger for good public resolution.
