My family and I have lived in the neighborhood for 7 years. We, along with every neighbour and community resident we speak with, are eager for this development to safely commence and be completed in a timely manner. We're eager for both market and subsidized housing, both of which are much needed. We're also eager for the beautification and added commerce it'll bring to the area.
