In our current cultural moment where we have a housing crisis, it is unacceptable that this large parcel of land in the core of Hamilton has been sitting empty, denying many the basic right of dignified housing. This project needs, at the bare minimum, the Ministerial approval to allow the building to start. Please approve this so we can bring more people off the streets into new, safe, clean and dignified housing.
