This project should be public housing because it is built on public land. Where is the deeply affordable housing?

CN rail blocking this is extremely stupid there is a lot of residential housing around the tracka. Much of the noise issues can be cured by putting a barrier wall between the train area and the residential area.

We need affordable housing not more million dollar town homes.
