We have lived in Wasaga Beach full time, since 1980. Beach One has always been our "go to" spot to walk and enjoy the dunes (along with many others). It's a fact that the dunes are fragile and no one should be in the water where the river meets the bay because of the current.
Our feeling is that Doug Ford will get rid of anything that costs the province money. It's common knowledge that he has friends who are developers.
In Brian Smith's plan to make Wasaga Beach a "World Class Destination" he is getting carried away.
Developers are not environmentalists!!!
