It is long past time the Jamesville project was approved. There is a desperate need for this project to be completed yet it is not even started. There is no reason why CN should be blocking development, housing has been built near rail facilities for centuries, in major cities like New York the subway may run next to second story windows, people adjust. It may not be perfect but then few things in life are. If you ask a person needing low cost housing if it is a problem I am sure they would say "no it is not". We need more housing and this site is well located and could be an important addition to affordable housing.

Please expedite this project.
