This is just the greenbelt scandal all over again. Doug Ford needs to stop only taking advice (and bribes) from wealthy developers, and start listening to what the general population of Ontario has to say. People value public park lands. As home ownership in Ontario is now out of reach for so many, public outdoor spaces are more in demand than ever. We should be dedicating funds and staffing to maintaining these spaces, and helping to preserve them for future Ontarians. All Ontarians, not just the ones that benefit from covert back-room deals with Doug.
