I am greatly disappointed that the government of Ontario would consider making publicly protected conservation lands open to potential development at a time when our land is burning, and climate change is affecting our daily lives. The habitat protected in this area is home to a range of flora and fauna, including endangered species such as the piping plover. The potential transfer of this land is shameful!
