This has all the makings of a very bad idea. Just like the seals were blamed for the declining cod population, but in fact was due to overfishing, the annihilation of a bird species will not resolve the problem.
Nature balances herself. Killing is a old barbaric idea witch is out of date!
Nature needs to be left alone.
