I whole heartily disagree with this bill.
The province should not be choke holding the cities who know what is the best for their citizens.
The province should focus on education, healthcare, improving provincial trade, etc,. Not trying to pick fights with Toronto.
Let the cities plan for the growth they expect. The province should be supporting cities with their plans, not trying to road block and striking it down.
