Hi I just want to say that this bill is a mistake, bike lanes don't cause congestion. You need to have easy and safe alternatives to driving a car if you want to lessen car congestion. That means dedication street car lanes, dedicated bus lanes and yes dedicated bike lanes which cars don't have access to use. This will make it so more people leave their car at home and travel by one of the alternatives, making it easier for those that need to drive to get to where they wish to go in a timely fashion and making it safer for everyone.
