Bicycles are a vital part of urban mobility—they promote healthier populations, reduce poverty by offering affordable transport, and help balance municipal budgets through lower infrastructure and healthcare costs. Limiting their expansion undermines environmental goals and community well-being. I urge the government to reconsider these changes and support inclusive, sustainable transport planning.
