This is more like a bill to destroy our land and agriculture and should not be passed. I live in a small town being over run with development, farms closing down and selling land and thousands of houses going up. Our little town can not keep up and my children's school is packed and now needing portables. This is unacceptable . Just last year our town watched a beautiful forest clear cut (in the middle of the night) for houses, no one knew, and nothing could be done!
