I want to ride my bike safely and feel safe doing it. It gives me excellent exercise, fresh air, and an exhilaration that can not be found walking or driving in a car. Why are you, the Conservative government, making this harder for me and all those who want the same thing? We need more bike lanes and special allowances along certain roadways, not fewer.
Have we forgotten the freedom children used to have with riding their bikes on residential streets? What we need is the encouragement for more bike lanes and places to get from one place to another via bicycles. Safe places to keep them while grocery shopping and such are needed too.
We are looking into the future of healthy and sustainable lifestyles. That is what a government of the populous is all about.
