The change seems ridiculous to me. Conservation authorities NEED to be in charge of watersheds, so take the lead here Ontario & keep things simple.
THE BOUNDARIES ARE THE WATERSHEDS, BASED ON THE LAW OF GRAVITY IT IS THE SIMPLE AND OBVIOUS RESPONSIBILITY FOR GOVERNANCE OF LAND RESOURCES AND WATERFLOW WHERE YOU LIVE.
Ontario is well-positioned to lead this common-sense environmental governance, so do it with simplicity and common sense, without pressure from any alternative.
