I live in Hamilton Ward 3 with my family. There are already smells and likely pollutants in the air here regularly. How can we be assured that processing asbestos waste will not affect us? Is this proximity to a residential population normal for this type of work? Isn't there anywhere that isn't close to a dense urban population that would be more appropriate?

The main question is: How can we be assured that processing asbestos waste will not affect us?
