Watersheds are extremely important. Our water quality and quantity are both threatened. Local on the ground knowledge is vital to decision making. I think by making the areas larger municipalities will lack the ability to input their knowledge based opinions.
Larger is not always better. People who live and work in each conservation area have special knowledge of their location.
