It is a mistake to consolidate the Ontario conservation authorities, we need them in order to protect our ecosystems. We need to maintain these places for endangered species that have an effect on all of us in ways that we do not always see. The importance of these conservation authorities is essential to the wellbeing of all Ontarians. Our conservation authorities do more for their communities than provide a place to hike and swim, they are an integral part of our ecosystems including human ones. They need to be protected and there are ways we can find to build more homes without going through conservation areas. Ontarians will not forget the essential place conservation authorities played during the pandemic they were a refuge for all and we will mobilize to protect them, and if need be vote you out if you go ahead with this plan.
