If this Bill passes and would allow businesses to bypass established protection acts then I would hope that it would not be passed. Having a business with possible international ties and agenda come to an area do as they like with the resources there would be disasterous locally. I enjoy the protection of the clean water act and green belt and am often sadden when I see development encroaching on these areas.
