I believe Schedule 10 should be removed from Bill 66, as it allows municipalities to override provisions in the Greenbelt Act, Clean Water Act, Lake Simcoe Act, Oak Ridges Moraine Conservation Act and Great Lakes Protection Act. Right now is the time to take climate change seriously and this Bill will destroy parts of the greenbelt, threatening our drinking water and air quality. This part of Bill 66 absolutely does not align with Canada's commitment to fighting global warming.
