I am deeply concerned about…

I am deeply concerned about Schedule 10 of Bill 66 which allows municipalities to create by-laws that could by-pass source water protection requirements of the Clean Water Act in Ontario. Recommendations made from the inquiry into the Walkerton tragedy specifically state that source water protection is fundamental to protecting the health of Ontarians. I am joining the call of many other Ontarians to have Schedule 10 of Bill 66 removed in order to protect our right to clean water. Please see attached links for further supportive information.
