Talk to your circle of friends, colleagues and acquaintances to spread this message. And inform yourselves. Community involvement is so necessary to affect change. Sprawl, gravel extraction and industry is detrimental to our greenbelt. I live in rural southwestern Ontario and have witnessed these changes firsthand. Agriculturally zoned lands the size of the GTA is lost annually. Please write your counsellors and sign the petition. Buy local!
