This proposal is totally unsatisfactory and will be an election issue for me. I live in a rural area and do so for many reasons. The most important issue for me is the water table and its preservation. Uncontrolled urban growth is a direct threat to it! This will be a deal breaker for me and I will certainly be voting against the conservatives and encouraging all in my sphere of influence to do likewise. Do not push this bill forward!
