Hello, I'm distressed by many provisions of this omnibus bill, but mostly section 10. Having been involved in a local issue with a pushy developer, I can only see negatives with this section. This has little to do with responsible business development. Removing the onus for public consultation allows bad actors to sneak in projects that are of benefit only for them. As a matter of fact, the entire section is written to facilitate just that.
