Finally, given the inbalance in power in the workplace, removing the regulation requiring bosses seek approval over their use of over time subjects workers to increased pressure on the job.

A good Ontario for business is only worth fighting for if that wealth trickles down. This mass deregulation ensures that will not be the case.
