Habitat should not be disturbed or polluted. This includes air, water and soil. The time is here to make new human habitat intelligently with knowledge we already have. It is being done here successfully by one developer. We must move forward with renewable energy quickly using incentives and using disincentives for using fossil fuels. We must similarly encourage locally grown organic food production. Smart. We have to be smart right now.
