I am writing in the hope you will consider not passing Bill 108 as it would be a step in the wrong direction. It would streamline development approvals. The proposed planning decision timeline would reduce consideration of Z.B.A. applications from 210 to 120 days. This would allow applicants the ability to appeal to the more developer friendly L.P.A.T. system much earlier. The city's ability to negotiate community benefits would also be severely limited under Bill 108 Thank you for your consideration.
