Thank you ! Any changes that will help increase the quantity and speed of new housing supply will be good for renters and people wanting to enter the housing market especially in heated, high demand markets like toronto. Incumbent owners (like myself) will likely complain but this is for the greater good and the long term prosperity of the city, province and country.
