To whom this may concern: I am writing to let you know of the strong, disgusting, floral and artificial-like odour which has been emitting from Lush Manufacturing on 35 Jutland Road for years. I have smelt this odour a number of times while visiting friends who live in the neighbourhood, on both Brawley Avenue and Trueman Avenue. I can recall smelling LUSH strongly as far back as 2016, throughout 2017 and to this day still smell it often, when I am in the area. I can also recall smelling the odour this year (2018), from the top of Brawley Avenue while attending K&B Sushi Restaurant at 1184 The Queensway. The smell is very disturbing and unnatural, and ruins any chance of fresh air or a clean environment feel. The smell discourages me from wanting to spend time outdoors in the area, including visiting the park with my family (directly behind LUSH Manufacturing-Queensland park) or shopping and dining on the Queensway. I strongly suggest that this manufacturing facility be placed in a non-residential area, where residents do not live, work and play. It has been years that it has smelt and clearly nothing can be done to contain the odours. Thank you, Samantha
