Conservation Authorities are directly responsible for this Flooding ... They control dams, they keep records, they known when blocks in dams need to be removed when the Spring snow melt and rains are coming .. They are too physically weak and do not want to get their hands dirty, put on hip waders, pick up a shovel, paddle a canoe down a creek or river to look for blockage by Beavers or blown down trees ... cannot operate chainsaws ... Cannot do anything physical required to prevent Flooding ... All they can do is DEMAND more reports, More Permit Fees, Charge People for not getting their Stupid Reports and Permits and sit behind their Taxpayer Paid for comfy desks looking at Satellite Images drinking hot coffee and trying to figure out how to Damage More People’s lives with their BS Data and Maps that are labeled with a Disclaimer NOT To Be Used Because They Are Inaccurate ...
