I am disheartened with the returning to the OMB rules and procedures.

Reducing the time Planners have to review applications and report to City Council will ultimately allow applicants the ability to appeal to the more developer-friendly LPAT system much earlier in the process, thereby circumventing the City's rigorous development review process.

I am writing to address the disregard that the Ontario government is taking to prioritizing the due processes that are needed to truly protect the environment and the hard work that has gone into the past several years.
