We need more protection for species and business should have no ability whatsoever to inflict any damage to any ecosystem, environment, or species in any way.
Stop this Bill in it's entirety and refocus on how to proceed in an ecologically sensitive supporting ways to help the environment.
There are places to grow in municipal Official Plans that can accommodate grow in an ecological way.
Use the systems all ready in place.
