How will this work for small generators who pay more for registration than tonnage fees each year? Currently I depend on the disposal companies to ensure my reports are filled up correctly. Reporting on chemical waste is a tiny portion of my job, which can take a huge amount of my time trying to figure out Ontario's laws and ensure it is correct. As there is no one in my organization I can turn to for guidance on this, I greatly appreciate the use of a paper that the waste disposal company has filled for me.
