I have been to Rondeau and I know the cottagers and they add a great deal to the experience of the park. I support the continuation of the Rondeau cottage community for the long term future. I also support the three-year lease extension as described in ERO Policy Proposal 019-0907.
The lease extension should be granted automatically to all existing leaseholders as many are snow birds and not local .
They need a permanent solution that will ensure the cottage community remains forever. If a permanent solution is reached prior to the three-year deadline, I am in favour of it being implemented as soon as possible.
