I strongly support the efforts to ensure the continuation of the Rondeau cottage community in perpetuity. If a 3 year lease extension is necessary as described in ERO policy proposal 019-0907, in order to arrive at a fair and equitable permanent solution to this continuing debate, then it should be implemented. Of course the offer should extend automatically to all current leaseholders. If a solution could be proposed prior to the end of the 3 year , it would be welcome news.
