Our golf club has been…

Our golf club has been hosting annual public meetings since 2012 as per Regulation 63/09. After the 9th meeting this past October we have had a total of 3 people in attendance.
There were 2 people in 2012 and one person who attended last year (2018). For the other 7 of those meetings we had zero attendance.
Every year we hand deliver almost 300 invitations to properties within 100 meters of the golf course and also post a notice of the meeting in a local newspaper.
When I speak to colleagues at other golf clubs I am hearing that poor attendance to these meetings is very common.
It appears that there is little or no public interest in these Annual Reports, and as they are also readily accessible on the IPM public website, the meeting to present these reports is both onerous and unnecessary.
