ERO 019-0907. I approve the use of this to get a long term extension for Cottages. My family has been involved with this park since it was established 125 years ago. There is absolutely NO PROOF that cottages have harmed this environment. If some group thinks that a road kill is hurting a species in the Park, they need to be informed that cottages have created habitat for that same species for the entire time of cottages in that Park. If these people like to protect all nature, then they had better all become Vegetarins and walk very carefully to work, and not be riding in any vehicle that creates any road kill. There has to be a balance with this, and the Cottages have always done more than their fair share in protecting these species.
The truth be known, was there any of these species at risk ever in Rondeau before Cottages came on the scene.
Take this 3 year extension period to get a long term or permanent commitment to cottaging in Rondeau.
