I support the 3 year lease…

I support the 3 year lease extention under ERO 019-0907.

Further, I support a long-term lease solution such as: 1) a 21 year automatic renewable lease with a locked-in lease rate tied to a spread over a Government of Ontario 20 year bond, or 2) a 99 year lease term (precedent is the lease granted to the Toronto Island cottage community) but with terms appropriate to the Rondeau cottager community, or 3) any other reasonable long term solution with fair terms for Ontario's heritage cottage community.
