The greatest value that the BWA has for us is the education it provides for various aspects of the woodworking industry through seminars and plant tours of other facilities. Also showing what the possibilities are for upgrading systems in order to remain competitive.
The networking with peers in the same industry is also helpful.
The BWA also works at the export of Canadian wood products.
They are also trying to bring together funding for up grades in technology, etc.
All of it helps to strengthen woodworking businesses in Ontario.
