Please reconsider the proposal for the spring bear hunt. It is beyond cruel to leave orphan cubs to starve to death. And don't tell me females with cubs won't be killed because they do leave their cubs alone at times and can be mistaken for males. It is a barbaric practice and not to be supported by any decent human being. It is not done in the name of conservation either. That is a lie. Please stop catering to hunters.
