I fail to understand why…

I fail to understand why this is actually up for debate. Seems like Trump signed to kill bears, foxes, wolves etc in their cave while they sleep and now even though there is more than enough Asian people killing bears for their so called health reason and now you want permission to do the same basically. What are we the so called superior beings doing to our wild life do they not have any rights, will nature most likely take care of culling? I think you need to do a double take on this.
