As a non-resident landowner…

As a non-resident landowner I sincerely ask that you do not make it so that I cannot hunt our own property without a bear guide because if that's the case we will have no choice but to put our property up for sale because we're not going to spend an additional $1,500 a year on top of taxes, fuel and bait to hunt our own land. I know several other non-resident landowners that will feel the same way that my family does. Thank you
