I am strongly against reinstituting the spring black bear hunt on a permanent basis. It is well known that cubs are unintentionally orphaned by hunters in the spring.
If a bear hunt is deemed necessary, a limited autumn hunt should suffice.

Please vote NO to this cruelty. Most hunters are not eating bear meat.....
