Please consider not allowing the proposed changes to Black Bear Hunting regulations. Survival of sows is imparative given slow reproduction rates. Human bear conflict is mitigated by educating and fining those not being Bear Smart with attractants and not respecting bear environments, NOT by reducing numbers of bears through hunting.
Please listen to the science and experts who study and commit their whole lives to these animals.
