Agree with the return of the spring bear hunt but family members who are non-resident bear hunters should be allowed to hunt with their immediate resident relative. The the resident family member would be their "guide" and would need to be hunting together. All other non-resident bear hunters should be forced to go through an outfitter. I think this is fair compromise.
